When will My order ship?
Orders that are placed before 5:00 pm EST Sunday should ship on Wednesday depending on availability of product. Don't worry! if it doesn't get out that week, it will ship the following Wednesday. If you ever have a question about when your order will ship, email rysefingerboards@gmail.com with your order number.
What is your Return Policy?
Product must be unused and within 30 days of sale for regular returns. For damaged product and more information on returns please email rysefingerboards@gmail.com. If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs. Please include your original order number or invoice with the request. When sending back your return, it is best to note the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for the shipment.
